Hen Parties and celebrations…

If you’re tired of the usual hen weekend activities or looking for something different to start your evening, be it for team building, that momentous birthday or simply gathering a group of friends together then one of our dance workshops could be the answer.
Each workshop lasts for 2 hours with a slot for enjoying the bubbly and taking some pictures where our choreographer will warm you up before showing you some choreography that will be used within your dance routine. Props and costumes are provided depending on the theme as well as wine and champagne.
Each workshop costs £25/head and requires a minimum of 10 bookings. We are based in Yorkshire, operating in and around all the major cities including Leeds, York, Doncaster, Bradford and Hull but also have links in Newcastle. All we ask is that you provide a venue.
Workshops
CAN - CAN
The can-can dates back to the 1890’s with the main features of the dance being the lifting up and manipulation of the skirts flashing the frilly knickers, with high kicking and suggestive body movements made famous by the Moulin rouge in Paris.
Learn many of the cancan tricks including the ronds de jambes and a clever cheat to allow you to attempt the most daring move the finale step, jump splits. A good set of lungs will be required for this workshop!
WESTEND MUSICALS
Do you fancy playing the lead in your own westend show? Choose your favourite show and let our choreographer do the rest dancing to a medley of songs producing your own sell out production.
Examples of musicals: Chicago, Hairspray, Mama Mia, Dirty Dancing, Grease, Mary Poppins are just a small selection of choices
HIGH KICKS & FEATHERS
Be part of your very own cruise ship cabaret group with feather boas, learning the spectacular high (or low) kick formations
STREET DANCE
This dance style was made popular out of the dance studio on streets and every day spaces. It is all about having style and plenty of attitude strutting your stuff to your chosen piece of music.
